What is the return policy?
Solitary Isle is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Solitary Isle offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Are all purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on all items. All items are final sale.
When will I get my order?
All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer through our partnership with Printify.com. Once your order is received, it is promptly reviewed and sent into production. Production and shipping typically take between 1–7 business days. Delivery times vary based on destination, with most orders arriving within 2–7 days after shipment. For international orders, delivery may take approximately 14–30 days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all items within the US and Canada.
Will I have to pay import taxes, tariffs, or duties on my purchase?
For international orders shipped to the US, you may need to pay import duties or taxes before receiving your package. These fees are not included in the item price and will be your responsibility to pay.
What items ship internationally?
Most items are printed and shipped within the USA. Some items however are printed and shipped from international locations and may require you to pay additional import tax/tariffs/duties. These items include:
